Charred Chipotle Brussels

Makes: 6 servings



2 tbsp canola oil

2 tbsp agave

1/4 lemon (plus more for finishing)

3 cloves garlic

1 tsp sea salt

3/4 tsp chipotle powder

3/4 tsp sweet paprika

2 lbs Brussels sprouts, rinsed and dried

  1. Preheat oven to 525°.

  4. Spread Brussels in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast until charred and tender (8-10 minutes).

  5. Finish roasted Brussels with olive oil, sea salt, and a squeeze of lemon.

  6. Serve immediately.
